I had the opportunity to play the violin for one of my patients who loved orchestra and wished to attend a concert. They're flexible and allow patients wants and needs to be put first. We had a million questions daily, and sometimes asked them a few times over, and he never showed an ounce of frustration with us. He made this process so much easier, and we felt the support from him and his kindness and compassion every step of the way. Belen was incredible and so patient with my mom. The first day she met my mom, my mother was a little feisty and agitated, but Belen took it like a champ, and just smiled! She was so caring with my mom and attentive to her needs.
